Evans Nyumba
Evans has extensive experience in cultural orientation training, refugee resettlement, and cross-cultural communication. His expertise spans program management, educational transitions, and building culturally informed community initiatives. He holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with IT, complemented by international field experience across Africa.
Wafula S.T Juma
An experienced educator with 6 years of teaching Chemistry and Biology. His expertise includes hands-on science instruction, youth mentorship, and fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills. He has a strong background in building values of integrity and academic excellence among young learners.
Felix Oduor
An IT professional with strong experience in cybersecurity, systems management, and digital integration. His expertise includes ICT infrastructure, data security, digital literacy training, and technological support for educational programs. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and multiple certifications in cybersecurity and IT service management.
Elphas Bonyo
He has 10 years of experience in financial management, budgeting, and integrating technology into organizational systems. His expertise includes donor reporting, accountability frameworks, digital recordkeeping, and data-driven program oversight. As the Monitoring & Evaluation Lead, he oversees data collection, performance tracking, and impact measurement across all programs, ensuring that activities align with strategic goals and deliver meaningful results. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance Option) with Information Technology and applies his technical and analytical skills to strengthen transparency, efficiency, and evidence-based decision-making within NextGenSI.
Johannes Nekesa
She is skilled in communication and media technology, with strong capabilities in digital content creation, information management, and strategic communication. Her experience spans managing digital outreach, social media engagement, organizational storytelling, and stakeholder communication for community-based programs. In her role as Secretary General, she supports administrative coordination, documentation, and internal communication processes that ensure smooth operations across all departments. She excels in translating program activities into compelling narratives, strengthening NextGenSI’s visibility, credibility, and community involvement.
Josephine Sakaya
She is a procurement and supply chain professional with experience in resource planning, vendor management, and logistics coordination. Her expertise includes ensuring transparency, efficiency, and timely delivery of program materials. She is highly skilled in supporting operational systems that strengthen community projects.
Lindawise Wayong’o
She is an experienced educator specializing in Mathematics and Chemistry. Her expertise includes hands-on STEM mentorship, curriculum support, and guiding learners through practical science experiences. She has a strong passion for nurturing scientific curiosity and developing young scholars.
Clara Cheboi
She is a trained educator with a Bachelor’s degree in Education Science with IT, bringing strong STEM knowledge and digital competency to the organization. Her expertise includes inclusive education, disability support, and civic leadership grounded in empathy and equitable access. She is particularly passionate about empowering marginalized learners and advancing gender equality and child protection within community-based programs.
Sharon Gavala
She is a Criminology and IT graduate with a strong commitment to social justice and youth empowerment. Her expertise includes mentoring adolescent girls, supporting children of vulnerable backgrounds, and facilitating child-rights awareness programs. She brings a unique blend of analytical criminology knowledge and compassionate guidance to her work with young mothers, orphans, and children of incarcerated parents.

She is an accomplished educator with a Bachelor of Education in Science, specializing in Mathematics and Chemistry for learners with special needs. Her expertise includes adaptive teaching, inclusive learning strategies, and supporting children living with disabilities through tailored instruction.
